This class utilizes props to support the primary focus of relaxation in poses that place moderate stress on muscles and tissues. Drop in, tune out, let go. Once you're tapped in to your optimal parasympathetic state, you'll slip into a Yoga Nidra practice-- "yoga sleep". You just have to experience it for yourself! Expect to use props to help support a total body melt; feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
