  • 🔄 Freezing Your Membership

    If you need to pause your membership, you can request a freeze instead of canceling.

    $8 per month freeze fee to hold your membership
    ✔ Must freeze for at least one full month
    ✔ Freezes can only begin on the 1st of the month
    ✔ Request your freeze by the 25th of the previous month
    ✔ When unfreezing, you will resume your membership at the same rate

  • ❌ Canceling Your Membership

    We’re sorry to see you go, but we’ve made cancellation simple.

    ✔ You can cancel anytime after your first full billing cycle
    ✔ Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
    ✔ Requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month to stop next month’s charge
    No refunds for unused time or missed cancellation deadlines

  • 💳 Updating Billing Information

    If you need to update your payment method, billing details, or resolve a failed payment, you can do so here.

    ✔ All monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month
    ✔ Payments must be kept up to date to maintain active membership access
    ✔ If payment fails, access to the gym will be immediately suspended until resolved
    ✔ After 30 days of non-payment, the membership will be automatically canceled

  • ⚖️ Membership Rules & Changes

    • Facility Closures: We may restrict access for events, maintenance, or other gym operations. No refunds will be issued for closures.
    • Membership Rate Changes: If you cancel, you may not be eligible for your previous membership rate upon rejoining.
    • Code of Conduct: All members must follow The Knot’s Climbing Rules & Code of Conduct to ensure safety and community respect.
