🔄 Recurring Monthly Billing

• Your first payment is pro-rated based on sign-up date.
• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month and continues automatically.

📝 Membership Rate Policy

• Your rate is locked in as long as your membership remains active.
• If your membership is paused or canceled, you may not be eligible for your previous rate upon rejoining.

💰 Freezing Your Membership

• Membership freezes are available for $8 per month.
• Freezes must start on the 1st of the month and last at least one full month.
• To request a freeze, submit a request by the 25th of the previous month.

❌ Canceling Your Membership

• Cancellations must be requested by the 25th of the month to stop billing for the next cycle.
• No refunds are provided for unused time or missed cancellation deadlines.

• The Knot reserves the right to temporarily close for maintenance, special events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refunds will be issued due to closures.

• You will be notified in advance of any rate changes.

• Safety and respect are our top priorities.
• Violation of The Knot’s Code of Conduct may result in membership suspension or termination.
