This program is geared towards climbers who are new to weightlifting or have limited lifting experience. Over the course of ten sessions you will learn five basic lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and bent over rows. Additionally, you will learn how to manage strength training with your usual climbing sessions. The program kicks off on Saturday June 15th and ends Saturday July 13th:
