This program is geared towards climbers who are new to weightlifting or have limited lifting experience. Over the course of six weeks you will learn five basic lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and rows. Additionally, you will learn how to manage strength training with your usual climbing sessions. The class will meet 10 times from September 30th to October 28th in a small group of six committed students.
